"Had my original flight cancelled a few weeks out, only to have them cancel it less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure. When I called to rebook all they could tell me was they had nothing left available, so I would need to change my travel plans or not travel altogether. They could not give a clear reason for the late cancellation. Never will be flying with Mokulele again."

"We planned a day trip from Maui to Hilo. The flight over was good. You only need to arrive about 20 minutes before departure. There is no security when you leave from the commuter terminal so bring your beverages! Boarding process was easy and the flight was reasonably smooth. Three hours before our flight back, we got notice it was cancelled. That cost the fifth star! But the way they handled it was excellent. When I explained it was a day trip and we had nothing, they went out of their way to devise a plan to get us back (Southwest to Honolulu, then Hawaiian to Maui). I lost cell service and got cut off at one point; the agent called me back! After we got it booked, they called again to remind me to check in on line for the Hawaiian Airlines flight to make sure I made the time requirement. Their reaction to a cancellation was well beyond expectations. Mahalo!"

"The best money we spent in Hawaii! Amazing pilots, unbeatable experience. Fantastic convenience. Bonus: I never imagined I’d get to go whale watching via plane! The views of Molokai were stunning. The pilots even helped us with our car seat and bags when we landed. I was just thrilled with everything about this experience. I would fly this way every time if possible."

"One thing I can say about this airline is they will get your blood pumping when you fly. The planes are pretty small and bounce around a bit but the views you get of the area are awesome. If you're afraid to fly this is probably not for you but if you like some adrenaline with your adventure these guys are great. The staff was very professional and the pilot gave us a heads up as to what we would encounter during the flight so they know their stuff. I enjoyed the flight even if my old heart was pumping pretty good when we landed. If you think of it as a carnival ride you'll be fine."
