"Greetings. This company is unprofessional and unorganized. We waited almost 30 minutes outside the luau in Hawaii waiting on the bus driver to come to us. Then, he didn’t know which bus to put us on. I called the company and they were rude. I would not recommend this shuttle service. I’m grateful we got to and from the luau safely. We came as a tourist group. We had elderly people with us. This service was unacceptable!"

"I really enjoyed the shuttle service. We were immediately greeted at airport and taken to the location were the shuttle picked us up. The shuttle was very comfortable and private unlike the other services. Our driver was very friendly and helpful. The price was the best around. Highly recommended"

"Disappointing service. We booked the meet greet and shuttle from the airport and the while the greeter was there to greet us with our lei we had to wait for 45 minutes for our prearranged shuttle to our hotel. When I contacted the office the person in the line said the driver was 5 minutes out. 10 minutes later the driver called and said he was 5 minutes out. The driver seemed confused about our location and the route to get there. He eventually dropped us off about a half block away. Not realizing how far we were from the entrance we collected our bags and began looking for the entrance. The driver just left us there. Next time we’ll use someone else"
