"We had a pickup at 9pm but van running late and new time at 915. At 915pm time update to 930pm. At 930 time updated to 940. At 940 time updated to 10pm. Van picked us up at 1010pm. Not happy about driver's 40 minutes lateness and this was at night in waikiki for me"
