"Absolutely recommend this company for airport transfers. Made a same day transfer booking today, which made me a bit nervous (poor dispatch guy! It was so obvious that I woke him up in the middle of the night, but he was still kind and efficient! They were also the only company that picked up the phone at that very early hour). When I landed I had a text from the driver with quick and easy pick-up info, including a picture of the vehicle, and he was right where he promised to be with zero wait time. Very nice driver, comfortable and clean minivan. Really good price, a few dollars less than most services - and no hassle waiting for a usually more expensive taxi or Uber at HNL, which can be so frustrating at that airport. Also not a shared shuttle service, only about $9 more than a shared service…and cheaper than a shuttle if more than 1 person…and in these COVID days I appreciated not having to share a vehicle with others. Highly recommend."
