"Here’s a good story of great customer service. I called Blooming Memory to deliver some flowers to my grandmother who was in the hospital across the street. She was discharged early, before the flowers could be delivered to her room, so the florist called me to arrange to have them delivered to her home instead. My grandmother was delighted: “The flowers smell so good! I can’t remember the last time I received such a nice arrangement of flowers.” She sent me pictures, so you can see for yourself, they’re quite lovely."
