"I am a father of three girls. All I want is to be able to be a dad to my girls. Due to the fact that their mother and I are no longer together, she is doing everything she can to use the court system to help her keep our kids away from me. I hired john buchmiller and associates to help me remain in my kids lives. Of course like them all, they told me they could help. They offer a $2500 upfront fee, then $500 monthly afterwords. I don’t think they expected me to be as knowledgeable about my case, I simply needed them to assist me with the way attorneys speak. I had everything presented to them to win my case, especially after my children’s mother removed them from our home as well as from Nevada without saying anything to me. Michael Jacobs was the attorney they assigned to my case and literally did nothing for my case. It was like pulling teeth to even meet with him in person. When I finally did meet with him at his office at buchmiller and associates, I presented more evidence that my children’s mother is withholding our children from me, he told me he would file contempt charges against her and he never did. After that meeting in December, I never heard back from again. No call back , no text response, nothing. I’ll never forget that he told me, “ I didn’t take your money, buchmiller did.” As if he didn’t benefit from the funds I spent. They also seem to favor the judge on my case or they are intimidated by him. If you are seeking an attorney save your time and money, I recommend skipping this attorney service."

"I would give them less then this but one star is the lowest I can go. I never right reviews ever, so the fact I’m actually taking the time to do this, you can only imagine my anger. First John Escobar, (name even sounds made up), asked me to apply for a loan so I can pay there retainer, I did and was approved. I was excited and thought this is good I’m on my way. John transferred me to a new attorney, her name Bethany. Bethany ask me to send my documents l do. Then 3 hours later said she did not believe she can win full custody. Kids lived with me originally, mom kidnapped them. Mom was trying to say an issue happened on a none substantiated case. I actually got the kids back on my own. Was a very easy case to win, but apparently “John Buchmiller Associates”, didn’t want to do there job. That’s fine, my issue is why keep my down payment, then stop responding to me? Then I get an email last night they’re trying to charge me $405 for my first payment. You can’t be serious. I called Vegas, Chicago, then was transferred to Florida no action taken just more false promises. Run don’t walk, run away from this company. Nothing about them is honest. It’s sad in a time people are seeking help and looking to gain your services, scared and unsure of the outcome they turn to you and you take further advantage. You should be ashamed of yourselves I get it. We all need to make money, but you didn’t even try yet still feel you deserve my money? Your criminals with degrees, saddest part about that your probably smiling and taking it as a compliment. To every father out there or mother, do not waste your time with this company. It’s a joke!"
