"I highly regret giving Flangas law firm a chance! They totally set me up for complete failure. Not to mention the TERRIBLE and extremely unprofessional customer service. The woman Peggie that answers the phone is very rude and hostile. Every time I’ve tried to reach Kenneth Frizell in regards to my case he’s always unavailable. The woman that answers the phone constantly sounds under the influence of some sort of substance. I can’t believe I wasted thousands of dollars with Kenneth in the last 5 months he’s done absolutely nothing for my case but worsen it and misrepresent me! He’s never on time and is highly unprofessional and clueless in the court room. After paying so much money I expect better from Flangas law firm I’m so disappointed."
