"Very very upset about the flowers I ordered for my wife on Valentines Day. I paid to have a premium bouquet which cost $127 and it was not even close to worth it. I ordered 2 weeks in advance to insure it would be delivered on time and not put together poorly. I usually order my wife flowers 8-12 times a year and I will be very hesitant in using them again. As you can see in the pictures there are at least 8 flowers that are even bloomed and this is how it was delivered to my wife. This is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. It's been 5 days and zero response from the owner. good news is that the flowers started to bloom, bad news is that the rest of the bouquet is now dead and valentines day was last week. EDIT: We gave them a second chance and the flowers came in much better the second time around. I do believe in second chances and this time was much better."
