"We had bed bugs in our condo rental and they tried four different times to rid the unit, without success. After the fourth failed try, we contacted another company who got rid of them and guaranteed their work. Read the fine print in your contract for bed bug removal....NO guarantee, but be wary of what they say verbally and what they print in the contract. In the fourth failed treatment they tried a different chemical they said would work and it didn't. We learned the hard way. They will not get our business again."
