"The guy was super nice, I didn't realize that if I sent something to be printed after 2:00PM it was supposed to be printed in the next day. But when I arrived there, he explained me that but went above and beyond to print what I had sent in the same day. And he was very friendly as well."
"Terrible customer service and poor quality office furniture products. …the chair I bought had misaligned seat to base holes, making assembly impossible. This was an Office Depot branded chair and when I went back to the store, I was told the issue was not uncommon with this chair. They suggested that I pay them to assemble it. After the inconvenience of needing to return a defective chair, I found the idea of charging me to assemble a new one a bit much…which would involve a 3rd trip to the store to pick up the chair in a day or two. Also, why do they sell a chair that apparently is frequently defective? I thought a simple “so sorry about the trouble, we’ll assemble a new chair for you for free” would have been a reasonable solution…apparently, they did not. I returned the chair and they lost a sale and a customer."
