"I hate to do this. But I just had an awful experience at this place. Very bad quality job plus a rude customer service. I was ok waiting longer for my order to be completed, but I totally didn’t except the quality to be so poor. I got back my silk dress all stained (it was not like this when I brought it), my other dress was wrinkled and not cleaned well. My husband’s shirt stained. The stain on skirt and silk blouse reminded, with no explanation or anything. I paid $86 and the lady didn’t even make a little effort to explain something, just handed me everything back and wished a good day! I was speechless. I usually take my clothes to Kona Dry cleaners in town, but they have accidentally ruined my 2 wool dresses. So I decided to give this place a try, but it’s way worse than Kona dry cleaners, starting from customer service, quality and time for turnaround. I will be back on Monday to see if they can fix the problem, I will update my review then. Update: Krystal tried to explain me what happened to my clothes and took back a few items. She says they don’t have a good steamer like Kona dry cleaners had… that’s why my clothes didn’t look like they came out of dry cleaners at all. They were able to get oil stains from my silk dress. I’ve added an extra start just because I support local businesses. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place for cleaning expensive clothes :("
