"Sean, the dentist, seems like a good guy and dentist (reason for 2 stars and not 1). That being said my experience was less than satisfactory while being a patient with this clinic due to their unethical billing practices - I had two insurance providers at the time I received treatment, both of which had claims submitted to them from this clinic. This resulted in an account credit (after I had originally paid directly for my out of pocket expenses). The clinic decided to not reimburse me and to just keep this credit. During my subsequent appointment when I received a cleaning, the hygienist told me she could not complete my cleaning and that I needed to schedule a follow up for 2 weeks so that she could finish. When I tried to schedule a follow up with the front desk I was told that 6 months was the earliest I could be seen, and yet my insurance was billed for a full cleaning despite my protest. Go to the Princeville dental clinic if you need a dentist on the north shore, it’s a much more pleasant experience and much more modern equipment."
