"Graham mottola is a slimey attorney. Would give zero stars if I could. Graham was quick to take my 'flat rate' for the entirety of my case (over $1000 dollars without mentioning he would be retiring and wouldn't be taking my case on further after the initial hearings. I lost everything in the lahaina fire and ended up having to hire another attorney (another $1000). Would also like to add, during my initial hearing with Graham as my representative, he was not up to date with current laws and my punishment was longer than expected. Graham should learn the definition of Aloha if he's going to be in hawaii. The jerk said he's retired so don't give him your money"

"I had to hire Graham for the 2nd time in a year. He handled my original DUI case and I was very pleased (original post below). This time I had issues with an insurance company that did not meet their end of the agreement. Ended up with a bench warrant that should not have happened. Graham made that stressful process practically go away with little effort. I have been very happy with both times hiring him. Highly recommend! Just finished with my case today and I am happy with how everything turned out. He made a difficult process very easy. Straight-forward and gets the job done. Also, thought the price was very fair.
