Let Casey (GM who promised you’d show up this time) know I guess his promise is as good as yours, the 3.5 rating on google out of 5 is super generous. The first 3 ratings talk about you guys not showing up (say it isn’t so). Not even a phone call to say you had a conflict in scheduling….again. It must be nice to have so much business it doesn’t matter how poorly you treat your customers."

"Requested an estimate, did not show for first appointment. Came out next day for estimate. Person who came to look at work would not get off phone. Asked him to finish call then come in and do estimate, response I received was that call was important and to F myself as many times and ways possible. Save your $$$$$ and time."
