When we arrived, we discovered our original lodging was double-booked; therefore, we did not have a place to stay. Quam Properties was contacted in an effort to find us an alternative solution. They went above and beyond to ensure we’d have a wonderful experience despite our situation. Cristina at Quam Properties found us a luxurious villa with expansive views. We absolutely loved this villa and plan to return to it for our next Maui visit! Thank you so much Cristina and everyone at Quam. "This was a lovely unit with an amazing view! The location is steps from the beach and the pool. The view from the bedroom was perfect. We could wake up and see the whales in the morning! We loved walking the area and appreciated the use of the beach chairs left on site for guests. We have stayed in the golf villas, ridge villas and now the bay villas. All are awesome, but this one by far had the best view and was very close to the water. Highly recommend!!"

"We had a great stay in Maui at Hololani B304. The condo had amazing views and was very clean. The property was very clean as well. The condo was as advertised, nicely updated with an up to date kitchen! There was one item that was a miss. It was not enough of a miss to downgrade the condo, but needs to be considered. We knew that the property did not have air conditioning, but we didn’t think that it would be a problem due to the previous reviews. It was difficult to sleep at night due to the heat. We kept all the sliding doors opened, but the fans provided were not adequate. There were 2 tower fans with limited air flow and 2 box fans that were dirty. Adequate fans would probably make it more comfortable at night."

"This is our 4th time staying in The Kapalua Bay Villas, 14B1 hosted by Quam Properties. My review from 2021 still hold so true! This is a very spacious condo with stunning views of the ocean and Molokai. The community is gated, safe and parking is very easy. This beautiful condo has a full kitchen with everything you need. The condo was extremely clean and well maintained with nice decor. We 100% recommend and will stay again. There are several pools on property that have BBQs but no hot tub. The Quam team, responded quickly to questions and were quick to call us back about checking in about an hour early. Some extras that we found included on the Lanai were 4 beach towels (in closet) and 2 foldable backpack style chairs. The Villas are right between The Montage and The Ritz Carlton and the Villas fit right in with their beautiful landscaping and amazing views. The Montage Spa is just a few hundred yards from your front door (just saying). Not to mention the food near by, we ate at The Montage's Cane and Canoe for breakfast twice and enjoyed Mai Tai's down by Kapalua beach from their beach front Hana Hou Bar. We have eaten dinner at The Hideaway at the Montage as well. Kapalua beach is just about 0.5 mile walk down in front of the Montage. Not much shade here, but calm waters! Food worth noting, Merimans which is walking distance, they also have seating out by the water for just drinks and apps which we did this last time, Sensei Sushi, again probably best with reservations, but we showed at 5 and walked right in, great service and diverse menu. AA Roots by the Napili Market had yummy vegetarian and vegan food. The Coffee Store next to the Napili Market has excellent cold brew and Mac Nut Banana Muffins. New coffee shop just opened Island Vibes Cafe, they have breakfast burritos and Acai bowls. The Gazbo is so fun for breakfast, again get there early 7am for the first seating at 7:30am. DT Fleming beach is just 5 minutes up the road and has bigger waves good for boogie boarding, the beach also has ample shade and a life guard. There are no rocks on the beach just 1/2 mile of white sand. We think we can also walk to the beach from the Condo but we didn't try. Honolua Bay has excellent snorkeling and is just minutes up the road. Take the 1/4 mile path through the beautiful jungle, this beach is all rocks, but if you come on a calm day the waters are crystal clear. New to us is the Ohai Trail, 25 mins up the coast, great 1.3 mile loop and the Nakalele Blow hole is fun to see too. We also used Resort Pass for the Andaz in Wailea this trip which was amazing!
