"The negative reviews on here are comical. 1. I recommend not choosing an attorney based on their looks. (He’s not a bad looking dude anyway- someone’s just salty). 2. He charges in 6 minutes intervals… have some gratitude that he got straight to the point. 3. If you can’t handle the word, “no,” that’s YOUR problem, not his. 4. He is absolutely NOT racist. Admittedly, the initial phone conversation, he came across as intimidating and “pushy,” but that’s what you want in an attorney, isn’t it? "I implore you to please read this and take this into careful consideration before you make your decision. If we had known this, I possibly could have saved my mom a lot of money and stress. I did a lot of research ahead of time and had found an attorney for my mom. However, my mom decided to meet with Michael Glenn first and left paying the retainer fee. I was at work at the time so I was unable to inform her of his terrible reviews, but at least it's not too late to inform you. I had called three times over the past week on my mom's behalf since she doesn't speak English too well. No calls back. On this fourth call, I finally reached him only for him to brush me off. Our problem is that my dad (the person we are trying to serve) often leaves the country. I simply asked him that if he does, what should we expect to do on our end to which he rudely responded, "I'm not your private detective. We can't serve him than that's that!". I asked him to change his tone or I will find a different attorney. He just yelled at me stating I have no right to fire him. He apparently immediately called my mom pretending to be so nice. When my mom stated it was best we part ways, he started cussing at a 70 year old lady and stating there would be no refund for his services. He is just as rude and boarish as all these reviews portray him to be. His services may be low cost but you're better off spending a few hundred dollars more for someone who can get the job done without yelling and raising his voice. We will be retaining Coates and Freys like originally planned and I suggest you do to."
