"So I've been using them for roughly 3 years or so. At first they were good and didn't have any problems. Later the customer service and qualified agents went down hill really fast. These new agents really have no clue what they are doing and made things a lot more difficult than it should especially to renew my insurance. I never received any emails or calls regarding getting a renewal on my general liability for my business which caused it to expire. They never called and didn't answer my calls when needed. I never got any response when it came to renewing, which is good actually since I found out they actually have been giving me the wrong insurance for my business which could have been costly if an accident happened above a certain height limit. I just found a cheaper insurance company that actually calls me and has good customer service so I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs and shop somewhere else."

"I just signed to take all of my policies elsewhere. Beware- Your agent will constantly be changed. The demeanor over the phone is terrible with a lady named Leslie. I have had to repeat myself multiple times with what I need and I have gotten no response. High turnover and uneducated agents. It's the worst agency I have came across."
