"Participating in the Hawaiian outrigger canoe tour was quite enjoyable overall. However, I found the customer service lacking. When I informed them about my malfunctioning snorkel, they dismissed my concern without even checking. My husband encountered the same issue. A simple acknowledgment and willingness to investigate would have sufficed. Despite this, the experience of being on a Hawaiian outrigger canoe and witnessing the turtles was remarkable. It would enhance the experience to learn more about Hawaiian history, particularly related to the boats, especially since our tour guide was not Hawaiian."
