Bickerton and Robert Miyashita must always have "client control" which includes preventing the client from knowing what's going on with the case, not providing the pleadings and not allowing the client to have ANY say in their own lawsuit. But the client has a right to know and a right to make decisions under the rules of professional ethics governed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel. Do yourself a huge favor and shop around where the arrogancy can't be cut with a knife."

"Yesterday, I had emailed several law firms, regarding a personal injury I had received from an assault 3 years ago. Due to the circumstances of my case, I knew the chances were slim that I could seek any restitution, but I needed to try, nonetheless.
