They were extremely professional from planning to the event. I mailed the ashes, they immediately confirmed the arrival. I traveled from Pennsylvania with friends. It was pouring rain on the day but Captain Micky assured it was safe. The ashes were in a traditional urn surrounded by baskets of rose petals and beautiful leis. On the way out we were encouraged to talk about Jim. The amazing ukulele player was also a Hawaiian minister who sang and chanted as we lowered Jim’s ashes into the sea off Diamond head. It was a beautiful and memorable service and I cannot thank everyone involved for their kindness & caring."
