"I've only been here for almost a week so I may update review in the future but my experience so far has been simple, and very positive. I don't really hear neighbors but wonder if they hear me lol. The space I have is perfect size for a single person. Cielo has been very helpful through the process, I enjoy the coffee machine at the leasing office. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a place and a handful of chill hangout spots down the street you can walk too. -Daniel Tayo"

"The aesthetic of the rooms are very nice, however, I can hear everything! My balcony is facing the parking lot near the movie theater & it’s absolutely terrible! There’s always random people going up there to do donuts, blast their music, party… I kinda hate that I can’t have automatic payment or even electronic payment for my rent & utilities. I also wish that the espresso machine was on the third floor instead of in the office… I’ve only been here for a few months but, the warmer it gets outside the more noisy that parking lot is going to be. Especially during events at the Nugget or just Victorian in general. The pros? Everything works. Water gets hot & stays hot. Nice interior aesthetic. Good for influencers who like clean aesthetic."

"Regarding the apartment conditions, it wasnt detailed cleaned, If I had not checked every single thing of the house I would have not realized some things needed to be fixed. Maintenance crew is actually pretty fast, the assistant Sayra has always helped me, she is nice. * The Coffee station has never been available since I moved in 2 months ago. *One morning I left to the airport around 3:30 am and there were 2 homeless people at the front door, that is not making me feel safe. * if you want to live here make sure to ask all the extra fees you have to pay for all the 3rd party services."

"Initially moved here from out of state last year for work and it was the best decision. I love the cool layout of the building and also find the private gym comes in handy when I’m on a time crunch and can’t make it to my regular public gym. There’s plenty of relaxed rooftop areas to read a book or have a snack and enjoy the fresh air and sunset views. Shared areas and hallways are always clean and quiet. The staff here is also super friendly and helpful if we have any questions or concerns or just want to say hi :) living here has been great."
