"In the last two months this place has had a rash of broken car windows and robberies yet the office ladies blame the kids. Reno PD says its bandits. 27 halogen overhead lights remain blown for 5 months so its dark AF. Front gate does not lock back gate hangs open 50% of the time. They wait 14 hour to remove snow and it’s just pushed around, they have a plow and a blower yet used shovels, worst snow removal in the state. They refuse to trap feral cats as it’s too dangerous for their staff. It’s billed as no smoking yet people walk around smoking and nothing is done; same three smokers. Jets in hot tub don’t work and they refuse to fix them. When maintenance showed up he said if you call again they’ll charge you. People are allowed to leave their dogs for 10-12 hours on their patios to bark and bark and bark. The sprinklers are broken so in the dog area it’s soaked and smells like a coral. Ten car port lights are blown. The kids ride bikes and skateboards thru the breezeways and onto the railings. They hold your packages hostage. It basically seventh grade and you are a student they are the principal. Do Not Move into this place you will regret it."

"I have lived here the past three years and have had the best experience. Maintenance is so fast and has addressed any problem I have had right away. My one bedroom is spacious and quiet! I have really enjoyed getting to know the office ladies, they are always so friendly and quick to respond."

"I ended up moving out of this place a little earlier than I anticipated at first everything was great, but the deposit was higher than I initially thought and I also paid for pet fees when I had emotional support pets, my tires were taken away in brought daylight. My car was broken into, my Louis Vuitton wallet was stolen out of my car. My husband had asked for surveillance videos. No one ever got back to him. Our upstairs neighbors were a nightmare, over 10 people in a two bedroom apartment and I had videos of it as well since I had cameras in our patio. Overall I had major anxiety living there the last few months, shootings going down security was not great. I was considered someone who complained a lot however our neighbors had roaches and when our place was checked the exterminator said our home was the cleanest. That we weren’t the problem. Now they’re trying to charge us for “damage” that was there for a tenant who lived there for years! Thats OK I’m grateful we had this experience I wish future tenants a better one. ❤️"

"Wow! What a phenomenal team providing a lovely home at reasonable prices. The few maintenance requests we had (filter here/lightbulb there) were responded to immediately, and the team was always friendly and ready to help. Would live here again without a second thought!! Highly recommend for someone looking for a safe, clean, nice apartment in the Reno area."

"I really loved living here, place was quiet, the office staff was very friendly and always made everyone feel welcomed ! Jaymee and Michelle were honestly very sweet and made it so comfortable for us to live here if we had any concerns with anything they were always on it ! The only down side of my experience was having to live on the third floor and going up and down with the little ones was such a struggle lol so it would be nice if they had elevators for that especially if you’re moving in or out that would’ve been super helpful . But other than that place was awesome, good environment, and property was very well maintained ❤️❤️❤️"
