"My suggestion to management is to utilize the signed lease contract as a tool for compliance issues with tenants, rather than resorting to threatening notices for "patio inspections." It seems absurd to target residents who have nothing on their patio. Management should be able to identify offenders through routine community walks and hold them directly accountable, rather than imposing on all residents with repeated home inspections. Furthermore, the assertion of conducting additional "We will conduct community compliance inspections in the near future as well." raises concerns about overreach. Residents should feel secure in their homes without unnecessary intrusion. As rent continues to rise, it's crucial for management to demonstrate consideration for loyal residents. The current pricing seems disproportionate to the age of the building. Such practices fostering a sense of greed within the community. The deaf ears of greed."

She ended up dropping all the groceries items at the front office stating she couldn’t find our number and ended up leaving. We appreciate Canyon Vista’s office staff for leaving us a message, bring us our groceries to us and going that extra mile. Thank you for all the help, you 3 know who you are and all that you do for us tenants!"

"Generally the complex is quiet and peaceful. You occasionally get the entitled idiot adult who thinks it is ok to blast his loud music in the pool area until midnight regardless of the rules. Maintenance requests are consistently handled in a very timely manner. Their on-site maintenance crew is very professional and courteous. Office staff are professional, helpful, and approachable. Units are well maintained and in good repair. Appliances are the cheapest possible models, but if anything goes wrong with them, they are on it and repaired immediately upon request by their on-site maintenance professionals. I've lived here 3 years and I feel safe and well cared for at Canyon Vista. That makes the high rent a bit easier to swallow."
