"I was told my rent is due on the 4th, so last weekend I tried paying my rent on Sunday when I got off work at 4pm and got here at 4:40,4:45pm they were closed by then! So I payed it here the following day and told them cause they were closed early due to the winter storm, So I get hit for a 80.00 late charge? Wow not cool!"

I CURRENTLY LIVE HERE The office does not help in matters with noise theft or anything unless it’s inside your apartments they raise your utilities to $160+ when you barely use anything they charge you for different things you do not use they have a dog park that has a broken gate since i moved here in 2020 they dont have a gym or pool because they make excuses of a hill when you live on a hill in a mansion and can get a pool they don’t clean their apartments they take months to fix a dishwasher, they also wont take action for noise drugs or any other serious matter this apartment was amazing in 2020 but since the new management has come they do not care about there tenants my neighbor lived here for 15 years and they raised his rent up 500 and wouldn’t work with him at all when he was ready to go for there poor management they will use any resource to take from you and profit 1775 in rent after utilities when rent is 1520 is ridiculous and you can’t even pick up trash or keep people from stealing out of cars or even just have peace and quiet I am most likely gonna persue suing because this is getting beyond scamming I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT LIVE HERE EVER UNTIL THEY CHANGE THEIR MANAGEMENT!!"

"I am a current resident here and I have been calling for over 3 weeks now for my ceiling leaking a little over 2 weeks for my garbage disposal now my dishwasher is backed with water ( due to my garbage disposal being broken and not draining ) Every time I call it’s the same promise to come and fulfill the request but never gets done. Now I have no way of doing any dishes and I’m afraid to do laundry here now because it drain through the sink and I’m afraid to flood my apartment. Gonna call one more time and find out my legal options because I have a feeling it’s not going to attend to."

"I’d leave a no star if possible! Don’t come live here! Worst place to live! I had to call so many times for someone to come look at my apartment due to bugs. I had to call the health department on them cause it wasn’t being taken care of! The management staff in the office have horrible costumer service even after leaving so many messages not once did I get a call back. They charge you an arm and a leg for utilities. Make sure you ask for a detailed break down of the utility bill. I’m surprised this place has not been sued. Clearly hiring managers need some training to do!"
