"I love living here. I have been here over a year and they maintenance the property so well. Especially Brian the maintenance man!! He is the best, he gets everything done so quickly. Such a kind person and we always feel comfortable having him in our apartment! He's always friendly and shows my dogs lots of love when we see him! The staff in the office have been kind and have great communication. They always throw parties and show appreciation for the tenants. Great place to live."

"DO NOT lease an apartment here. These people are absolute CROOKS. We had a 6 month lease and paid for it in full, fulfilling our lease requirements. We left the apartment in good condition. Then we get this in the mail - trying to charge us a re-letting fee, 1 month future rent, and a full unit paint. Total charges come to over $4,500! What kind of sick people try to take advantage of a young couple trying to get started in life. Again, we paid rent each month on time for our full 6 month lease…. There wasn’t anything wrong with the apartment. If they want to keep the $750 deposit to cover cleaning fees, fine. But tacking on $4,500?! There is no way these charges stand. There is nothing legal about it."

"Serious Maintenance Issues and Unfair Treatment! As a single mother who rented a two-bedroom apartment in this complex, I feel obligated to share my experience to warn potential renters. For several months, I repeatedly reported an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms, only to be met with negligence and unresponsiveness from the management. Eventually, I discovered a shocking oversight: the room had no air vents due to a construction error, rendering it unbearably hot. Despite my pleas for a solution, the management remained indifferent. This severe maintenance oversight forced me to break my lease for the health and comfort of my family, as living conditions became intolerable. To add insult to injury, the complex showed no understanding of the situation. With just one month left on my lease, they chose to pursue me for nearly $6,000 in collections, disregarding the distress and inconvenience caused by their negligence. I urge anyone considering this apartment complex to think twice. The lack of proper maintenance and the management’s unfair treatment have caused significant financial and emotional strain. Renters deserve better – consider this a red flag before making your decision."

"The maintenance crew of Sierra Vista Apts are amazing especially to Mitch who fixed our dryer instantly! I also want to appreciate Brian for always coming by and fixing things in our apartment in a timely manner. They were very good at their job and also respectful to the tenants! Kudos! Sierra Vista is very lucky to have great maintenance staff who are well rounded and kind at the same time! Thank you!"
