"My family and I lived here for 2 years, we never had any problems, the administrator was always very receptive and friendly, we were lucky to have good neighbors. It is important to note that the apartments are not modern but they are comfortable and for the price they are very acceptable, the common areas are always clean. They have very close elementary school and bus stop. In these apartments our experience was certainly good"

"If I could give this place a negative score I would. Just moved out of this hell hole. Let's start with the mold in the bathroom that you could bleach and scrub for the entire time you live there and iti never gone. All of the appliances are cheap my fridge door broke. I only had two working burners the entire time which they sent a (handyman) to fix that never did. Carpets were disgusting on move in. every time you cook anything the smoke alarm goes off. Outdated everything. Don't bother thinking you can wash your clothes at the on site laundromat. The washers leak and dryers don't dry by the time you're done paying to redry your clothes you add 30 dollars every 2 weeks to rent. More if you have kids. One pool that is always full. Scumlord is horrible she sent me a letter stating she would evict me for smoking pot I'm my house. Also evicted the neighbors for a sign that said f Donald Trump that they wouldn't remove from their window. Paid 900 for a deposit that I got 39 dollars back. I left the apartment cleaner than it was on move in. Save yourself the hassle and pay a little more for anything else."

"Chill place to live. Management is really cool and understanding. Applications get processed quickly. - Ice cream man comes by the neighborhood pretty much everyday if you feel like grabbing a snack. -The maintenance guy lives on the grounds and seems to always be accessible if you get locked out of your house or something breaks down. -Assigned parking stall for each unit. -Pool -Pet Friendly Only thing that kinda disagrees with me is the fact that the laundry room closes at 7pm. That time doesn't always agree with my work schedule but I make it work."

"Do not recommend! Horrible, passive aggressive property manager. Misapplied rent payment resulting in notice to pay rent or quit. Repairs never ending. Search a popular video hosting site for videos of moldy ceilings. Parking is fist-fight territory. Office is never open. Garbage is always overflowing. Stay away!"
