"Silver Creek condos has vastly improved over the last couple of years, due to new management on board, better maintenance contracts and personnel. The grounds are well kept, amenities are always being upgraded, and security has improved significantly. The HOA office staff is friendly and helpful, and the board is now taking a proactive stance for the future of the complex. It’s quiet and central to schools, shopping and downtown. Now… please bring the outdoor spa back in Winter!"
"Don't move into these apartments if you plan on backing your vehicle into a spot. Their HOA is a joke. They have the time to go around citing people for backing into a spot or having a bike on their patio but cant answer their phone for simple questions."
"This place is amazing. Super nice gym and pool. Friendly neighbors. Amy is very welcoming and helpful at front office. Abel is very helpful and keeps the community looking great. Definitely recommend living here."
"Can I give this place 0 stars? There were break ins every month. The police were regularly called due to a tenant's domestic disputes. Walls were thin/lots of noise. Get EVERYTHING related to your move out in writing!!!! We were told hanging pictures was normal wear & tear, but still got charged $800 to repaint. We were told, months in advance, the landlord was going to put down new flooring, but still got charged 800 for new carpet."
"Parking is apparently the biggest concern of security. Garages have been broken into. Storage units have been broken into. Vehicles have been broken into, keyed, license plates bent, but security only steps in when a vehicle has backed into a parking space. There's dog poop everywhere. The office phone number is a mystery. Keep looking. Don't rent or buy here."
