"They seem to take pleasure in towing cars for any reason under the sun, I assume they have to get some kind of commission on how many tows they call for because cars get picked up left and right. Trash is constantly overflowing. Cheapest appliances imaginable. Noone is ever in the main office its almost impossible to get ahold of anyone, forget calling."

"Like many other reviews, the maintenance needs work. Overflowing trash leads to getting blown all over the apartment complex which is digusting when its windy. Pet owners have no consequences letting their dogs defecate all over the complex and if you go behind the apartments it is just left there. It is honestly digusting and this place would be so much better if they actually invested in making it cleaner. I'm suprised with all the complains they get regarding this that they haven't tried to make something happen. I wonder what else they put aside that people want them to fix. However other than that it has been a positive experience. It is disappointing when the head of the apartment complex do not care about the cleanliness of the living space."

"I’ve been with these apartments going on my 4th year next year. And man, I’m never been so disappointed within these 4 years. Dog stuff EVERYWHERE. Maintenance is clueless besides one guy who’s been here for a while (love him). The new two guys are terrible. I had a leak in my AC and one of the new guys said it was normal for that to happen if one is set on a different temp. I called to get it fixed 5 times before they decided to get real maintenance people out here. They never answer their phones so you always have to email them, which they never email back. Trash is super nasty, gets thrown around everywhere. These apartments are terribly built."

"I recently applied for an apartment at Sky Mountain. I was approved with the credit check, rental history and background check. Miranda submitted a employment verification form to personal at my job. Because I worked overtime hours. It showed I made $25.00 per hour. Which may be. But I rarely get overtime. Now my rate of pay is &17.37 per hour, at that hourly rate I would of been approved for an apartment there. But Miranda ended up be rude to me. She hung up on me a few times. When I went into the office to get my paperwork back. She wouldn’t even acknowledge me. I’m disappointed in how I was treated by her. But apparently this review doesn’t reach the corporate office of these apartments. I wish I could find a phone number for the corporate office. Upon me doing research, I was able to find a phone number & an email address. So I emailed FPI management concerning my situation with Miranda & how she treated me. I’m currently waiting to hear back from the corporate office. Valerie"
