"I just had a conversation with Jesse Sbaih on the phone to discuss a potential case. It is a simple libel case and he said that he charges $400 an hour and will require a $5,000 retainer and I joked with him and said that Nevada is expensive I think attorneys for murderers have a lower retainer (just trying to add a joke to lighten the mood because, lets just say his personality was less than engaging and frankly sounded like he would rather be doing anything than talking to me.
