"I was really excited to get my reclaimed maple and beech wood floors . I was very specific about wanting a level floor , with no gaps , where dirt or dust could get into it . I was told it would be smooth and there would be no gaps . The installation was supposed to take 2 weeks but the measurements were off and not enough wood was ordered . My living room sat 1/2 finished for a few months . The wood that came in , was full off round drilled holes and inferior to the rest of the house . The gaps that started occurring made some of the wood buckle on the edges and produced splinters and socks would snag , walking on the wood . I contacted the owner multiple times and didn't get the problem resolved . It's been 10 months since installation began and in 2 months , they're suppose to come and res and the floors and fill in the gaps . I'm very disappointed with the quality and with the amount of time this has taken . All the furniture will have to be moved again to get this done ."
