They will answer most questions patiently in order to try to help the customer and give a great experience. The guys at the shoe fitting/testing are outstanding, they make sure you get the right skiing shoes size and you are comfortable with it by assisting the customer through the process of testing the skiing shoes on."

"Kevin is a magician bootfitter. I have pretty weird feet and I fully expected to only get 50% of the way to a comfortable fit. Kevin is incredibly knowledgeable about boots and foot anatomy (more so than a lot of doctors I've been to) and was super receptive to my suggestions and feedback and spent a lot of time finding the right boot to start with. I ended up going back to Footloose 4 times over 2 days with feedback and things I wanted to tweak. Every time Kevin was incredibly patient and clearly just looking out for my best interest. I was also able to get my bindings mounted day-of and was on the mountain in a few hours with my own gear! Footloose is a great store and I will definitely go back anytime I need ski gear!"

"I went with my kids and brother to rent bikes. They are so helpful and friendly. The equipment is in great condition. We went back the next day to rent ski equipment. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be coming back. P.s. prices were much better than the one on top of the mountain."
