"I like the new rewards program, but it will be nice when they are finally done implementing it so we can see our comps balances and such. I do not like that the service desk seems to be solar powered, by which I mean it is never open when I am there (nighttime player), and the person (singular) in the cash cage is usually busy, thus a line of just me, often leads to a 5 to 15 min wait, just to be helped. This makes it a pain to find out about como balances, etc. I also find the togo policy a bit punishing, with a $2/item additional fee. This means I have to wait for and take up a table, just to take a few bites, then ask for a togo container, then wait in line again to pay... And after all that, the poor server is going to get a tip. I know they don't make the policies, but I don't feel as though I should be liable for tipping for a service"

"Rail City always has great promotions, free play and food credits. Awesome choice's of machines. Looks like they are getting ready to put in some new machines. Great customer service"

"Went to the restaurant there and the best recommendation I can give is pizza. Ordered other items on previous visits. The onion rings were burnt and still sent to the table and the hamburger I ordered with Anaheim chili , I expected good flavor, was bland and disappointing. Service is 50/50 and to order food to go you get charged an additional $2.50 fee."

"Rail City is still remodeling and rearranging their Casino floor. I firmly believe when it's all said and done the place will look great. I've been going there off and on for about 7 years now. They don't have table games so slots, keno and William Hill sports is about it. On the negative side never once in 7 years has anyone from their slot department ever come by and said a word to me. I use a card so it's not hard for them to get my name. Cocktails on the other hand almost all no me even if they don't know my name because they would see me all the time day or night. The Ale house has fabulous food. And now they are trying some quality live entertainment. It's a recommend from me."
