"Most of the time no one is wear gloves when handling food. Half the time the close early so you can't even place an order. Trash is always full. Sub parr at best."

"I placed an online order through their app. When I arrived the drive through had a sign where they said they ran out of items to make my order. The workers notified me that I should contact help through the website. I have not received any assistance in getting a refund for my order and I have reached out via Twitter and their website twice. There is no service through their corporate so it looks like I will be filing a chargeback through my card."
"The food was as expected. Service at the walk-up counter was a big problem. This location had one employee trying to cover the drive up orders and the food counter at the same time as well as pull all of the orders. Too much work for one person. If you were at the counter and wanted to place an order, you had to loudly ask for someone to please assist you. Then after waiting 10 minutes or more, you had to get their attention again to remind them that you are still waiting for your order. This appeared to be a staffing issue."
"Skip this one and continue to Reno or go toy he casino restaurant. The bathrooms were filthy, urinalysis over flows when flushed, no paper in the stall, no paper to dry hands. No paper for the seats. Then the food, cold hard fries, cold dry buttery jack, 3/4 of the soda selections are empty. NO NAPKINS anywhere. Everything about this Jack in the Box is below standard. It’s the middle of the morning and they haven’t even brought the chairs down. All the tables are dirty. It was an amazing disappointment."
