His skills were so high he was able cut over three lanes to make his turn while telepathically telling me to hit the brakes in order to miss being spun out. How he was able to warn me with nothing but mind notification push (in lew of a well placed blinker or maybe just proactively knowing where you are supposed to be turning) is something I will strive for the rest of my life. Please have this talented driver train all of your staff. He should have put myself and my disabled father in the hospital but his skills and company driver training allowed him to just scare us and then smile at us in apology, for us not recognizing his obvious superiority in driving ability."

"Horrible experience with this company. They said I needed my leach field repaired to the tune of 2800 dollars and it turned out to be a drain in my irrigation pipe that cost 10 dollars to fix on my own. I cancelled the contract and never saw my 1412 dollars that they took as a deposit. They also lied about the picture they took of my broken pipes in my leach field. They put the camera down a vent pipe that is 30 feet from the leach field and never showed me the picture. I trusted them and was ignorant of how a septic system is laid out. I have done my homework now and know that this plumber simply took total advantage of my lack of knowledge and scammed me out of 1412 dollars cash. I have been waiting for a refund for 4 months. So far the BBB has not helped nor has the contractors board. I have filed a small claims and am having to jump thru many hoops just to have the scandal served all at my expense. Beware of their shady work ethics and always get a second opinion."

"$850 for less than an hour of work with no material?!? We were in a different state and had a drain backup (it was reported by tenants staying in the house), so we remotely scheduled a service. Rotor Rooter came out to the house a day later and investigated for a few minutes, could not find the cleanout, and suggested going in from the roof vent. The technician (Ignacio) said it would be $850 to do so based on the added work of accessing the roof, and the need for a second technician to support. Due to the direness of the situation, we agreed. 10 minutes later, he called back to inform us that the clog was pushed out and he was done. He then collected our payment details and sent a non-itemized receipt for $850. I understand it was a bad decision by us to agree to that pricing, but $850 for well under an hour of work is outrageous. We absolutely should have said no to the work and gotten a second opinion, but we didn’t want our tenants to have to deal with backed-up sewage any longer. I felt like they knew the urgency, and therefore took advantage of the situation. Admittedly, we made a very poor snap decision, but I am frustrated by the way this situation unfolded. Would not recommend!"
