"This place is great. Our company did a lot of business here and Hans has the best honesty and integrity when it come to his business ethics. Great guy to do business with. Thanks for all you do."
"Hans was available to work on my Ariens snowblower for repairs immediately after the dealer in South Lake Tahoe laughed and told me they wouldn't even look at snowblowers until September with 100 people ahead of me. My neighbor referred me to ASJ. One week turnover, honest and efficient. Thanks Hans and crew!"
"I do my own repairs for a reason. Always feel like theirs a little tension in the air since all i do is only buy parts and fix my own equipment. Not just here , but reno small engines and especially the one in carson has the most unwelcoming feel from sellers."
"The people here are wizards with small engines. If they can't fix it, it probably can't be fixed. Friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of chainsaws, weed eaters, trimmers, and accessories. Support local and make this a regular stop for your small engine needs."
"Took my log splitter to ASJ because I had low pressure and the engine wasn’t running at full RPM. Han said before he could start working on the engine, he wanted to do a “leak down” test because of the age of the motor. I agreed and he called me the next day and told me my engine was shot and wasn’t worth fixing. What I really appreciated was the fact he didn’t just start doing open checkbook repairs on this thing. When I went to pick it up, he suggested a low cost fix for a new motor from another vendor! As someone who is not small engine savvy, I have to say I really appreciate his effort and honesty in dealing with me."
