"Long 20 min wait in line. Lady Manager walks away when seeing the line. Also, she wouldn't refund complete "bad address fee's" after they confirmed my address was correct. Blames postman. However, Employees are polite and professional, not management!!"

"This review is not intended for this specific branch, but the bank as a whole. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BANK. Extremely unreasonable with fees. I've been charged $5-10 per month in "bad address" fees even though the address they have on file is correct! They're claiming I need to contact the post office to stop the fees, my house was built in the 90s and have never had an issue receiving mail Additionally, they have charged me $800+ in bogus fees when I received a car loan through them from a dealer because I didn't have the correct deductible for 2 months. The dealer never mentioned the exact amount required so I had the industry standard on the car only to be stuck with a massive bill that exceeds 1 year of insurance coverage. This is the worst credit union I've ever dealt with, you're better off going with a big bank--Ive never been this ripped off before by a bank!!"
