"Have used this location twice. The first time the lady was very helpful and seemed more familiar with the filing guidelines of my state. The 2nd time I went the lady didn't seem to really know anything about the state I've been claiming for the last 5 years during active duty. She kept trying to informing me of things she knew nothing about and tried telling me I have been filing illegally the last couple years; turns out she was wrong. It made me question everything she did on my taxes after that. Moral of the story make sure you ask appropriate questions; the tax specialist don't always know the guidelines for all the states. If something doesn't feel right make them research it or better yet do it yourself."

"Our tax preparer, Marian Joseph, was very helpful and kind. She went out of her way to fit my husband into her already jam packed schedule due to his work schedule not being very accommodating. She was patient and understanding."
