"I had a loan with OneMain a few years ago but went to the office in Marks St. very kind they gave me options, all very professional and kind, now I needed another loan, they told me that my office to go was this on nellis blvd, I went there and an older lady asked me for my ID my last check stub, I gave them to her, and in 10min. return she returned my documents and told me "I can't do anything for you. thanks " I asked her if I could leave my car as collateral, Do I have any other options? And she wouldn't let me finish my question, and she opened her office door and said, "I can't do anything for you, goodbye."

"I had been working with Alina last week did not wanna switch my car over they could not cover credit card debt. We were on multiple phone calls. I called back today to take the offer they gave me which is not originally what I wanted but something was better than nothing and since I had already ran my credit I figured why not at least I’ll save on the APR. Since I said, I did not want to switch, my car She took it upon herself to close out my application now she is saying if I want it, I have to apply again. So unprofessional I don’t think they should have closed out an application just because she thought I wasn’t going to take the other offer. The one thing I said is that I was not switching the car over or getting a loan on any of my cars for that matter and that I would reach back out to go over my final decision. I even asked how long the application was good for so I know I still have time. Well, it was to my surprise this morning when I called in to accept the offer without switching my car over that, she tells me it’s closed and if I want to try to get approved I need to apply again why should I constantly get a hit on my credit for someone doing things I did not specifically request"

"Supposedly was pre-approved, so I filled out application on weekend and received a call on Monday at 1030am. After asking if I owned a car and job status, they continued and asked if I had a debt consolidation contract which I do and this contract is done by the beginning of 2023. All of a sudden they denied my application so they just wasted my time."

"I filled out my application and it’s been 2 weeks. Someone named Jerry is supposed to be working my loan. Well needless to say that Jerry isn’t doing the job. I have talked to about 5 people. One gentleman in particular said he would be the one that will be handling my loan. He also said he would be the only contact person that I would be in contact with going forwards. Welp that was a lie. All I have been hearing are lie after lie, excuse after excuse And “ we are busy “ and ‘not enough people working to do the job”. And we are short and Jerry will call you back but never do. I guess they pick and choose who they help and who they lie to. Because I haven’t received any help and haven’t heard nothing but deceitful lies."

"Once my husband stated he didn't want to put our car up as collateral they have been avoiding our calls. Definitely seems sketchy from where we are sitting"
