"I only give it that because when pay day hits on a holiday they haven't set up there system to automatically put those monies into people's accounts. Many people live paycheck to paycheck like me and when that money doesn't hit because no one is there to "flip the switch" to get pay placed into customers accounts, it leaves you in a bind. I don't know why they can't set the system up to do it automatically or rotate who's turn it is to go in for however long it takes (30 minutes) and "flip the switch". Nevada Day, Veterans Day and Thanksgiving; this is the 3rd payday in a row that my check hasn't been available when it would be. And seemingly they've they given themselves Black Friday off too. Bank of America is open, so is Wells Fargo. Why isn't Weststar? Hopefully they haven't given themselves off through Monday and will show up to get people paid Saturday. It's time to open a primary account with a more technologically advanced bank and make this the backup account, if I use it at all. Been a member for a long time but I have never had a bank that didn't put your money in your account when employees are off for a holiday. It just doesn't make sense."
"This is an update as I was recently contacted by Nina from Weststar who was very professional in demeanor and apologized for how I was mistreated by the Collections Department Molly. What's truly appreciative is how she even knew who I was and she was the original Rep who assisted me with my account prior to all of this happening. At the time I honestly could not recall who assisted me, but after speaking with her I began recalling how we both sat down and went over everything. I am glad she acknowledged what took place and hopefully in the future they will get Reps who actually show respect and dignity towards others and don't repeat themselves numerous times as if you are a 5 year old. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- On Wednesday, October, 26th, 2022 at 9am I returned a call to Weststar due to the Department Collections claiming my payment to my wife's vehicle was late as of October, 14th. I spoke to a girl from the Department, Ms. Molly. She at first seemed polite then became ignorant, rude, and legit refused to listen to what I was telling her on the phone about the account in question. When I called her out on her unprofessionalism and wanted to speak to her Manager Mr. Stan she changed her tune alittle bit. I even left a message for Mr. Stan and guess what no call back. I spoke to Ms. Teresa about the situation and she was even confused as me and my wife came in to fix this issue months prior and changed the due date to the 27th of every month, so no issues would arise. Well needless to say Ms. Teresa was suppose to call me back that did not happen. Left a message for Mr. Stan never returned my call either, so I called Mr. S back and he answers and I explain everything to him and he sounded like he could careless about how his employee was very condescending, rude, unprofessional in demeanor, and legit told me make sure I had the payment amount in the bank as if I was some 17 year old kid! Ms. Molly repeated herself over 7 times and after telling both Mr. Stan and Ms. Teresa about the issues all they could do was say "sorry". They do not give a courtesy call back or even show a common respect to return a call to say we fixed the said issue. I had to call back and demand answers as this is my account and I do not want to have any problems. Needless to say Mr. Stan claimed the rep should've checked the notes and never even contacted me and this could've been avoided. Yet no call back to tell me this was taken care of. This Branch on Sahara and Rainbow for Corporate can be much more professional towards customers if they had the common decency to return calls and actually give a damn about someone's account and how their employees treat a customer over the phone! To not get a update on my account and if everything was fine and the dates were fine leaves me confused today. Yeah spoke to Stan who claimed everything was fine, but no indication on hey we have you and your wife's signatures for the 27th and no future problems, nope no courtesy what so ever."

But since I met Theresa Castcart, she has always been very kind and has helped me on many occasions in the purchase of my vehicles or when it comes to mortgage loans. In any questions I have about the bank. We are very grateful to her especially for making us the procedures that are not so complicated, thanks Theresa Castcart for everything and to your team."
"There is NO after hours communication with the bank. I got paid yesterday, and had only spent about $150 when my card started to decline, mind you after previously being told the daily spending limit for debit is $3,000. I tried to call them because when I checked the app I can clearly see funds in my account only to realize you can’t reach them after 6. I spoke with the only person you can reach who was in the fraud department to also find out they can’t see why my card is declining or help. I was stranded then because I couldn’t catch an Uber or take out money to get a bus home. Definitely taking my business somewhere else."
