"The opportunity at 1814 E. Charleston Blvd,is really strict and hard to get a loan, even though my Department of Veterans affairs letter is $3621.90 that I have been receiving since 2018. Rumors are this store has a history of denying Black people for a paydayloan , I informed the clerk that I was not on child support or alimony. She commented that I was fidgeting but I was trying to show my direct deposit with routing number and checking account number. They do pull your credit report and I was told it was not going to affect my credit score, I hope it doesn't affect my credit score."

"I had a positive experience with the staff at this place when I applied for a loan. They were helpful and courteous throughout the process. However, I did encounter a challenge when my application was reviewed. It seemed that the individuals responsible for the review lacked a clear understanding of small business LLCs, which is the structure of my business. This led to some confusion and got denied. I believe that better training in this area would greatly improve the overall service quality."

"Worst customer service I received from a young Mexican guy. He never smiled and looked like he was having a bad day. He did not explain anything to me and asked for my SSN and ran my credit. False advertising. They send you a letter in the mail adressijg you by name saying that you qualify for $1,500 loan and when you get there the employees tell you themselves that the letters are false advertising. Overall horrible experience. I tried dollar loan center instead and it was a great experience. Please don't waste your time with this bs company and go to Dollar center or Dollar tree."
