I dont know if just this branch but bye reading all of the reviews its seems like the same problem once your application is done and you get approved you never hear from them its 20 days my documents are under review I got call from Rebecca 5 minutes after i turned in my documents she said she send it upstairs and she would call me back never heard a word or text But they text whole lot when you first apply."

"I wish I had read the reviews prior to applying. My credit took a hard inquiry hit. I did the application, advised my loan agent, Rebecca would call me to follow up. It's been 5 hrs. no call back and when you call them they are not answering and their voicemail is full. Service obviously has not gotten better in spite of all the negative reviews."

"I applied for a personal loan online. I was approved a week ago. Haven’t received a call back after I placed a call to them a couple of times. My credit took a hard inquiry and now I wait? How long do you have to wait to get some service here? Think twice before you take a hit on your credit to get zero in return."

"I asked for 24 hours to consider my offer I received from your company. I have been called twice a day and have had several messages from Angel specifically, who was told I want 24 hours to consider your offer. Every time you guys call and in a seemingly desperate state for me to be rushed to consider my offer, makes me think the deal I was offered probably isn’t such a deal. I asked for 24 hours and I got harassment instead. If Angel can seem to not dial my number for the 24 hours I asked for, then I will let him know I am not interested in his offer. Why would I trust a company who is trying to push a service in me? It’s a loan, I look for your services, not the other way around. Shakes head and knows I am willing to let your company waste all the money in the world paying your people to call me.......bring it on. PS maybe if I havent been busy dealing with a death in the family this wouldn’t be such a big deal. I don’t have time to give to you people. Leave me alone."

"While the people are friendly they did not explain all the terms up front. They went through the papwork on the computer quickly and did not take time to explain. I paid off my loan a week later only to find out the actual amount i was financed for was 2000 more for hidden fees and insurance i was originally told was included with my amount. The manager came to talk to me but there was no apologies for the shady behavior of the employees or attempts made to make up for the behavior. Do not use this company, you can not trust them to give you all the information."
