"Re: Hualapai Branch: After calling several banks for the best rates on cds and money markets, I reached Gina Gentleman, the Hualapai branch manager. I told her I had huge accounts at a bank, which seemingly has branches on every other block; but the worst customer service. After seeking permission from her corporate office, Gina, not only got me the highest rates around on cds and money markets, she did so with the utmost efficiency, proficiency and accuracy. Additionally, she was extremely cordial and gracious. Because of her incredible attitude and customer service skills, I have already transferred half of my money to Bank of Nevada from the ubiquitous bank with lousy customer service. I promised Gina I’ll be transferring the rest as the accounts come due, this year. And, I’ll be highly recommending her and her branch to all my friends and family. She’s fabulous!
