"This company is shady please don’t do business with them they have 2 people running a whole pharmacy, at all locations they fired over 20+ plus employees just so they could open a new pharmacy with 1 person running it they ruined peoples life’s please don’t support a business that only cares about a profit they see you as a $ not a patient ."

"Got charged twice for delivery (46 dollars), as they forgot to make sure ordered was complete before dispatching. Their customer service and accounts department is not really equipped with enough common sense to figure out how to refund me, even after calling and speaking to multiple people. 46 dollars is not a big charge but it's a matter of principle. Clearly ethical business practices are not their strong suit."

"Not one to write reviews but due to my experience and not wanting any of my family members to deal with such a company, here we are. Turnaround time is awful, poor customer service, does not care about patients. Ownership, leadership, HR, all stuck up people who can care less about anyone else. For the sake of patients that are under their care and people that work there, I hope they look at a mirror soon."

"I had to block this pharmacy number on my phone to prevent them from calling me. I had a specialty medication filled there several times and now I don’t need this medication anymore. Customer service doesn’t seem to understand that and keeps calling me to schedule delivery. I told them multiple times no thank you. First of all, deliveries don’t work for me due to work schedule and second at this stage I don’t need this medication anymore. Fell on deaf ears. When I called before regarding my progesterone I spent 28 minutes on the phone trying to order smaller amount ( since I don’t need it anymore) and pick up instead of delivery. Person on the phone had to consult the pharmacist several times. Still the next day called me to schedule delivery even though I specifically requested pick up. And then again when I came to pick up the medication was not ready because they chose to ignore me. I will not be using this pharmacy for my future needs. Update: Today - May 8th 2023- 5 months after my treatment ended Aeva pharmacy showed up under my door try to force deliver on me! Seriously stay away from this pharmacy. There is something seriously wrong with them!"

"They were great when I was filling my prescriptions. No issues there. Came on time and nice packaging. However, when I stopped needing my prescription and told them I will not being filling it at all and to stop calling they continued calling me daily and even from different numbers or blocked numbers when I wouldn’t answer to get me to fill my script. This has been 3 weeks now of this and every time they tell me there’s a note to follow up with me. I’ve explicitly said I do not want follow up and I am not filling my script. It’s become a huge nuisance."
