"I missed my delivery and ups said they were taking my package to this access point, but for some reason they did not have my package. The customer service was non existent, and the staff was not very helpful, shrugging their shoulders as if to say they don't care. Then I called and Aisha answered the phone and was extremely rude, interrupting and yelling over the phone at me. The way the staff here treats customers is mind blowing and needs to be corrected!"

"I’ve never had a problem with UPS before the other location in Vegas. Now I go to this one and my package has been delayed for three days cause something about the trailer dispatch!!!!"

"I have been to several UPS Stores around the areas. This store is far superior. The staff is always courteous and helpful. When I have issues navigating the website to send back Amazon items they are so helpful talking me through how to do it. The store is clean and well organized. Nick is also always so very helpful."

"Oof. Very unfriendly atmosphere at the store. Everyone was quiet and seemed a little irritated that I had walked in. 2 dollars per package to tape up returns - And this IS for an Amazon return where the store is meant to handle the packaging. As a former The UPS Store employee myself at a location that was friendly and definitely did free taping of returns, this is an awful look. Avoid if possible, there are locations with friendlier employees and friendlier policies."
