"Do not come here. My husband and I brought our very expensive comforter here for cleaning as it can only be dry cleaned. We picked it up and it is completely ruined and smelled like feces. The ONLY thing Angie (the manager) can say is “sorry, we aren’t held liable and it’s stated on the fine print of your receipt” Do better, Angie!! Managers shouldn’t be condescending towards paying customers."

"AVOID this place at all costs as they lost my belongings . I have been coming here and didn't have issues until now. I dropped a bag full of designer clothing including my work suits and Burberry jacket over two weeks ago and never received a phone call for pick-up, which was odd. I came in on my own today to check on the status and to my surprise there is nothing to be found. The woman with the short blond hair that is usually at the front register acted as though I was lying about dropping my items. I explained to her that she was the one who took my clothes and to please help me. She casually poked through the orders in the back and said “yep, nothing here.” When I use a service like this, I expect my belongings to be cared for. There was ZERO care and now I’m having to deal with their corporate office. Save yourself the frustration and headache and drive a little further for better business."
