"I had some light weight car parts sent from Fallon, NV to Jacksonville, Fl. The order was held in the back room for one week before being noticed and shipped. My bill was reduced by $7.00. The original shipping bill was $173.13, which I thought to be outrageous. but I was told it was due to the size of the box. When received, I took the package to UPS and USPS. Both, including insurance were approximately $30.00 less. I was told by both, that if the original shipper had sent the one long piece separately, the cost would have been even greater. I left several messages for the 3D manager, but never heard back. Use UPS or USPS. A BETTER WAY TO SHIP."

"my review is going to be a long one. the first time I came here a few months back which is a place that s a little out of the way for me to drive, I wanted to know how much their printing from email prices were, at the time they were either 21-23 cents which i did print 6 copies that day, so I was like great, that`s cheaper than the place I go to on main, which is 52-54 cents depending on the day so that's half, I send my 8 copies today, to their email and as I get there they have already printed my pages out which was a relief bc they got them, but then she tells me it's a dollar a copy. It makes me so mad that the printing prices went up by 400%, I wish I never came! I didn't spend any money, zero cents this whole weekend to come here and spend 8 dollars on 8 pieces of paper. I promise I will never come back here again, I wasted my time and money coming out of the way thinking I was going to save 4 dollars instead spending more when I can print on base for free. I hate spending money on things I don't need. I just lost money going there some of the things I sold were only 2 dollar profits so if I am spending 1 dollar on the label I'm not making anything. I'm so upset. If you want to spend a dollar a print be my guest. But I like to save, this is a person who fills their bottles at any water fountain they can find. yes I'm cheap!"
