"I went to them to do my small business taxes in January. I did not get my filing until August. Customer service is poor except for their receptionist Emily… she felt my frustration. I do not recommend. They are VERY EXPENSIVE!!!!!! Beware!!!!!"

"Beware!! Very expensive!! Unprofessional!! I am unable to attach a picture of this memo they sent out but it basically says the 2 CPAs will not be working on your taxes, instead 4 or more unknowledgeable associates will be preparing your taxes. Meaning you are paying to train them and paying for their time to communicate with each other. They completed our taxes like this last year, without notice, and the amount to pay them went up $4,350.00!!!!! So it costs us over six thousand dollars just for them to do our taxes, plus the high amount our taxes came out to be!!!! After too many years of multiple errors and not listening to us, and a levy put on our personal account, we finally got smart and found a trustworthy CPA. The memo says an associate will be assigned to us and we would be notified, but that didn't happen. Instead, when we did not contact them this year to complete our taxes, they sent an email in early March saying they filed an extension for us!!!! No communication and without our approval!!!!! If your CPA can't complete your taxes in a months time that's saying something! This is just a quick review as to how we've been treated. There are many others reasons why I would not recommend this company to anyone but wanted others to know some of my experience before they become victims like us. Look around for any other company to do your taxes correctly and save you money and avoid the most stressful taxes ever! 1 star is too many"
