"I cannot believe that this doctor could not see me for a few minutes I’m concerned about a red spot on my face that is getting larger and has become concave! Couldn’t spare a few minutes? What kind of Dr, does that, they suggested another dr. Who also is not talking on any new patients ? I wish I could do minus star !!"

"A 60 minute wait after arriving on time is not professional. Especially since 3 texts were sent to confirm I would be there. NO ONE offered an explanation or apology. A “doc’s running behind” would have been nice. Making you pay copay up front may make some patients willing to wait an hour past scheduled appointment time. Sorry, not me."

"I want to give a five star to the receptionist , Jordan, I believe. After my daughter called me expressing her frustration at not getting in until May , 7months out, I took it upon myself to call. I expressed my frustration to the receptionist as my daughters condition is causing her to lose sleep. The receptionist was unyielding to my asking for an exception to their companies policies. Within an hour of that conversation she called my daughter to make an appointment in three days. I much appreciate her efforts. Sometimes breaking the company rules needs to be done for certain exceptions. Thanks so much for the courage to do the right thing. I'm writing this in hopes that your doctors will read this. "Saw Dr Reisenauer for a concern about skin cancer. Her staff fit me in the next day, they were courteous and very professional. Dr Reisenauer was professional and and very pleasant. She diagnosed the problem immediately, provided options, discussed the risks of the options and treated the problem at the same visit. The procedure was pain free. She never made me feel rushed and included my husband in the discussion. She was very reassuring and extremely competent. She is a great example of an excellent health care professional.
