"Terrible experience Have been working on opening a business account for over a month. Account gets open but no online access. Made calls to resolve... week later nothing. Now have had account for a month and no visibility online to the business account which pretty much makes it impossible to function. They did a system upgrade - Zelle was offered... wasn't working so called and escalated as an issue. They said it was a "known issue". 2 weeks later it still isn't working! I am at the end of my rope with this place."
