"I have been a customer with Greater Nevada Credit Union for a few years now and after visiting different branches in Reno NV and Spark NV, I have to said that the worst branch is the one located at 1095 North Hills Reno,NV. Manage by Flor Rios, she thinks is funny have customers waiting in line while she is having a soccer conversation with some one else. After 20 minutes of waiting, I said to her that, people was waiting to be attend, but stead of Flor being professional, she just laught look at her co-worker next to her and both completely ignore me. Very poor customer service beginning from branch manager Flor Rios."

"This location in general amazes me. It also amazes me the amount of bad Rep this location gets. I have never had a problem with these guys ever. I see some of the tellers names and those guys are nothing but knowledgeable and courteous. I guess with stupidity, and irresponsibility go hand hand for some of these so called “customers”. To bad one of those young man’s left I have seen him deal with horrendous people before and I can tell ya he is very composed and clear toned in his voice. He will be a great addition in law enforcement one day if he continues to pursue it"

"The owrst place. Second time having an account here and literally made this account so it couldn't be overdrafted that is what the guy said I couldn't make any purchase that would make my account negative I go on my account a couple days ago to find I owe 111$ on my overdrafted account because someone let it overcharge my account by like a dollar and again second time I've had an account I tried calling for 4 days to shut down my account every single time all I got was everyone is busy stay on the line so hours of that nothing no one I call today wait 30 min. Finally get a person only to tell me I can't shut down my account over the phone so I got charged an extra 40 dollars because you lazy people can't answer a damn phone. I can't wait to shut down my account you guys are garbage"

"Giving one star cause I cannot give less. The tellers here are EXTREMELY rude and condescending. Especially Jose. I was perfectly calm and he began shouting at me that I was too angry and would be kicked out but he was the only one who was angry and yelling. Will never resist and I am already actively looking for new credit union. Don't visit this branch unless you love being treated like trash."

"Shamed. Humiliated. Asked to leave the bank by Heather Carasquillo, teller, for "being argumentative" when I tried to clarify a transaction involving a stop-payment on a Cashiers check. Instead of seeing my distress and asking me to step into an office, I was humiliated in front of 6 other customers present. I was forced to leave with no resolution of my issue. I then went to the branch in Carson City and was informed that Heather's behavior was unacceptable and frankly extremely disappointing. The Carson branch handled my issue with grace and dignity. After way too many minutes on the phone, I was told that, in fact, Heather should have been able to process my request for stop payment, but apparently, in her limited capacity, she could not do it. I am now in the process of diverting my funds elsewhere. Since when is this the new norm of customer service?"
